Sparkster Settles With SEC, Agrees to Pay Again $35M to ‘Harmed Traders’ of 2018 ICO

Cayman Islands-based software program firm Sparkster and its CEO Sajjad Daya have agreed to a settlement with the SEC over fees stemming from the corporate’s unregistered 2018 preliminary coin providing (ICO).
